As the face of our valet team, you’ll be more than just a driver—you’ll be a trusted ambassador of hospitality, helping guests with luggage, offering local recommendations, and ensuring their first and last moments with us are memorable.

🌟 What You’ll Do:

• Greet guests warmly, assist with opening doors, handle luggage courteously, and offer key information about the property, services, and local attractions.
• Safely drive, park, and retrieve vehicles, adhering to best safety practices and maintaining smooth traffic flow throughout the valet area.
• Maintain a polished appearance, use guest names when possible, and communicate clearly—both in person and via radio—with other team members.
• Issue claim checks, document key tags, vehicle locations, and guest details accurately. Collect parking fees or process charges as required.
• Respond to guest inquiries—directions, hotel policies, local events—and resolve basic concerns, escalating when necessary.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness in parking areas, valet stations, and guest-facing zones. Manage trash and debris as needed.
• Keep track of valet supplies and report needs to supervisors. Ensure pay kiosks or ticketing systems are operational, if applicable.

🔑 What You Bring:

• Minimum high school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong customer service skills, friendly demeanor, and professional appearance.
• Physical ability to handle luggage, stand or walk for extended periods, and navigate in various weather conditions.
• Availability during days, nights, weekends, and holidays, to align with hotel peak times and events.

• Experience in a boutique or luxury hotel
• Familiarity with ADA policies, pet-friendly services, or valet systems
• Strong communication skills (in-person and over radio)
