The successful candidate will have a "hunter" mentality, with a strong capability to expand and grow new accounts and drive new business to the property. The Director of Sales responsibilities include developing and booking business through pro-active prospecting calls, marketing, conducting outside appointment calls and hotel tours, maintaining relationships with current and future clients, and representing the hotel in various networking events either in person or virtually for all market segments.Gibson Hotel Management, Inc., based in Knoxville, Tennessee, is an award winning and privately held hotel management, investment, and hotel development company.
