Join our dynamic team at Gibson Hotel Management, Inc. as our Corporate Development Administrator, where you’ll play a pivotal role in managing key aspects of our investment and development projects.

About the Role

As our Corporate Development Administrator, you’ll be the organizational backbone of our investment and development efforts. Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll manage critical records, handle legal documentation, and support investor relations—all while keeping multiple projects on track in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

  • The management of project and investor records, including hard copy files and e-files.  These files must be kept up to date and accessible to all appropriate Corporate Team members. 
  • Preparing and reviewing contracts and legal documents related to investment and development projects, such as management and operating agreements, purchase sale agreements, subscription agreements and letters of intent. 
  • Monitoring deadlines and providing notices to appropriate parties when necessary.
  • Completing franchise applications.
  • Preparing investor packets for distribution, both hard copy and electronic form.
  • Providing assistance and support to the other Development team members.
  • Investor relations.
  • Proofreading various legal documents for accuracy.
  • Maintain GHMI Presentation for management and investment opportunities.
  • Develop Investor lists and keep current, with all necessary information.
  • Obtain partner signatures on all executed Subscription, Operating and Management Agreements.
  • Set up new LLC’s.
  • Set up new EIN’s.
  • Keep all new Development files in order and all information uploaded into SharePoint.
  • Download brand specific items for properties to save to SharePoint.

What We’re Looking For

  • College degree in Business Administration or another related field.  Paralegal, real estate or other financial business experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Hotel Development and Franchise administration a plus. 
  • Must have 5-7 years of high-level Administrative Support experience in the financial sector, including real estate, investment, and development firms.
  • Proficiency with commonly used business software applications and systems, such as MS Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint.
  • The Corporate Administrator will be good with numbers, proofreading legal documents, summarizing information and analyzing situations to act timely and appropriately. They will have the ability to work in an unstructured environment, with many moving parts.

Other Requirements

  • The Corporate Development Administrator must be an extremely well-organized, disciplined, multi-tasker with good written and verbal communication skills, as well as a high level of attention to detail.
  • The ideal candidate will be optimistic, friendly, helpful, and proactive. They will take the initiative to research issues, learn new things, act timely and appropriately in crisis situations, and solve problems on their own; they will be ethical, trustworthy, and reliable.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to think and act independently, anticipate needs, and move work forward with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organizational skills including the ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
  • Must have valid driver license and personal vehicle. Some travel may be required.
  • Upbeat positive attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and perform under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
  • Must be able to lift and carry or otherwise move 25 pounds regularly/occasionally.
