Join Our Team as a Revenue Coordinator!
Are you a data-savvy, detail-oriented professional with a passion for driving hotel performance? We’re looking for a Revenue Coordinator to support our Corporate Director of Revenue Management in maximizing profitability across our hotel portfolio. Whether you prefer working remotely or locally, this flexible role puts you at the heart of strategic decision-making that impacts occupancy, rates, and revenue.

💡What You'll Do:

Assisting the Corporate Director of Revenue Management - 

  • To determine and set room rates, packages and other pricing strategies.
  • Allocating rooms and space inventory across various channels to ensure optimal occupancy and revenue.
  • Analyzing historical data, market trends, and competitor performance to identify opportunities and make informed decisions.
  • Optimizing the hotel’s presence and pricing on various distribution channels, including OTA’s (3rd party), direct bookings and corporate accounts.
  • Other tasks may be assigned as necessary.

🧩What You Bring:

  •  Prior experience working in hospitality and revenue management a plus.
  • Must possess strong analytical skills.
  • Must be able to think strategically and make sound decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills are a must.
  • Understanding of key concepts like price elasticity, yield management, and distribution channel optimization.
  • Computer skills to include MS Office products, SharePoint, and other revenue management software.
