We’re looking for a motivated, relationship-driven professional with a true “hunter” mentality — someone who thrives on uncovering new business, cultivating long-term partnerships, and driving revenue success.
✨ What You’ll Do:
Own and exceed annual sales goals within assigned markets and accounts
Proactively prospect and secure new business through calls, networking, and site visits
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow room and event revenue
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
Represent the hotel at trade shows, community events, and networking functions
Prepare and present compelling proposals that communicate value and service excellence
Report on market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback
đź’Ľ What You Bring:
Proven success in hotel sales or a similar hospitality sales role
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Strategic thinker with the drive to turn plans into results
Experience with social, educational, religious, and small meeting market segments preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Ability to travel for sales calls, networking events, and trade shows
