🔥 What You'll Do (Cook Duties):

• Prep and cook all food items according to brand and health standards

• Keep kitchen and restaurant areas clean and sanitized

• Stock food and assist with biweekly food orders

• Ensure food is cooked to guest preferences and served on time

• Report kitchen maintenance or equipment issues

• Uphold all health and food safety policies and procedures

🍹 What You'll Do (Server Duties):

• Greet and engage guests with a positive, energetic attitude

• Suggest food and drink options, knowing menus inside and out

• Deliver orders accurately and in a timely fashion

• Build strong guest relationships and respond to concerns professionally

• Maintain knowledge of food, alcohol, and safety laws

• Support your team with flexibility and initiative

🛠 What You'll Bring:

• Previous guest service or restaurant experience preferred

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• A positive, professional demeanor

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to stand, walk, lift and carry (up to 50 lbs for Cook role; 25 lbs for Server)

• A team player mindset with great communication
