🍽️Primary Responsibilities:
Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude
Set up, maintain, and monitor the breakfast area
Clean and sanitize all breakfast room surfaces and guest areas
Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction with food and service
Respond to guest concerns professionally and help resolve issues
Maintain knowledge of the rotating breakfast menu
Follow all health, safety, and food-handling standards
Skills & Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
Restaurant experience a plus
Hotel experience highly preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Positive attitude with the ability to work well under pressure
Team player who can also work independently
Professional written and verbal communication skills
Willingness to learn and follow all food safety policies
Flexible, adaptable, and dependable
🏃 Physical Requirements:
Ability to walk and stand up to 100% of the shift
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment
