We are seeking an accomplished sales leader to guide revenue strategy across our market, with oversight of the Fairfield Inn & Suites Knoxville Airport Alcoa and a sister property. This is not merely a position — it is a platform. A platform from which a true “hunter” can pursue new business, cultivate lasting client relationships, and shape the commercial success of two thriving hotels in one of East Tennessee’s most dynamic corridors.

What the Role Offers

• Command of all sales and marketing initiatives across room revenue and catering, with the autonomy to think strategically and act decisively.

What We Seek

• A minimum of five years of progressive hotel sales and marketing experience.

• A record of inspiring teams to exceed expectations.

• Polished negotiation skills and a genuine gift for client relations.

• A bachelor’s degree preferred, though equivalent experience speaks volumes.

• Familiarity with sales systems such as Delphi, and knowledge of Marriott’s Stay PMS.

• A flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business demands.

• Deep familiarity with the local market and a proactive, guest-first disposition.

• Experience with kosher catering or multicultural events is a welcome bonus.
