As General Manager, you’ll take ownership of the hotel’s overall performance, team, and guest experience.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead, coach, develop, and hold hotel team members accountable

• Oversee daily hotel operations across all departments

• Recruit, train, and retain a high-performing team

• Maintain exceptional guest service and brand standards

• Monitor hotel performance, productivity, labor, and operating results

• Partner with corporate leadership to achieve property goals

• Ensure the hotel is clean, safe, well-maintained, and guest-ready

• Resolve guest and team member concerns professionally and promptly

• Maintain compliance with company, brand, and safety standards

• Step in and support hotel operations when needed

• Create a positive, productive, and team-focused work environment

• 2–4 years of hospitality management experience

• Previous hotel leadership experience strongly preferred

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred

• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills

• Understanding of hotel operations and financial performance

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Organized, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities

• A hands-on leadership style and genuine passion for hospitality
