We’re seeking a highly professional and service-oriented Butler to provide a truly personalized guest experience that sets our hotel apart.

About the Role:
As a Butler, you’ll be the personal point of contact for our guests—offering tailored services, anticipating needs, and ensuring every detail of their stay exceeds expectations. From suite readiness to dinner reservations, your job is to make the exceptional feel effortless.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome hotel guests, provide personalized services, anticipate guest needs, and address guest concerns.
• Inspect the guest’s suite, preparing any needed items, ensuring cleanliness and tidiness and assist with the luggage.
• Offer personal assistance to the guest, running errands, making reservations, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling other special requests.
• Assist with dining arrangements, make recommendations for entertainment, and ensure a smooth experience.  
• Communicate effectively with other hotel departments to ensure guest needs are met and preferences are accommodated.
• Work collaboratively with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Maintain a high level of discretion and professionalism in all interactions with guests.
• Other duties may be assigned as necessary.

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior relevant experience is a must, a minimum of 6 months.
• Prior hospitality experience is a plus, especially in a luxury hotel environment.  
• Ability to effectively deal with guests and associates in a friendly manner.
• Professional appearance and courteous demeanor always.
• Excellent customer relations, communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to think on your feet and use initiative when necessary.
• Ability to work varied schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
