Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for culinary excellence? We are seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead our kitchen operations and deliver an exceptional dining experience for every guest.
As Kitchen Manager, you’ll take charge of food preparation, team leadership, inventory control, and quality assurance in a fast-paced, professional kitchen. If you thrive in an environment that values creativity, precision, and efficiency, this is your chance to make a real impact.
What You’ll Do:
- Hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising kitchen staff; scheduling shifts; and addressing performance issues.
- Overseeing food preparation and cooking processes; ensuring proper plating and presentation; and maintaining consistent food quality.
- Responsible for inventory management of all kitchen supplies, ordering, managing inventory levels, and minimizing food waste.
- Ensuring food safety and hygiene standards and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.Â
- Collaborate with management to create and update menu items.
- Tracking kitchen finances, managing budgets and controlling costs.
- Ensures compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Ensures guest satisfaction with food quality and service delivery.
- Other tasks may be assigned as necessary.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Previous experience as a kitchen manager or similar role.
- Understanding of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Ability to communicate effectively with staff and management.
- Ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Handle customer service & staff issues in the kitchen as they arise.
