As Kitchen Manager, you’ll take charge of food preparation, team leadership, inventory control, and quality assurance in a fast-paced, professional kitchen. If you thrive in an environment that values creativity, precision, and efficiency, this is your chance to make a real impact.

What You’ll Do:

• Hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising kitchen staff; scheduling shifts; and addressing performance issues.
• Overseeing food preparation and cooking processes; ensuring proper plating and presentation; and maintaining consistent food quality.
• Responsible for inventory management of all kitchen supplies, ordering, managing inventory levels, and minimizing food waste.
• Ensuring food safety and hygiene standards and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen. 
• Collaborate with management to create and update menu items.
• Tracking kitchen finances, managing budgets and controlling costs.
• Ensures compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Ensures guest satisfaction with food quality and service delivery.
• Other tasks may be assigned as necessary.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Previous experience as a kitchen manager or similar role.
• Understanding of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Ability to communicate effectively with staff and management.
• Ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Handle customer service & staff issues in the kitchen as they arise.
