🍹 We’re Hiring: Barback
Department: Food & Beverage

Are you energetic, organized, and love working in a fast-paced environment? We are looking for a Barback to support our bartenders and keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.

This is a great opportunity to be part of a lively and guest-focused team, where you’ll help set the tone for exceptional service in our bar and lounge area.

What You’ll Do:

• Stock Bar Supplies-Replenishing liquor, beer, ice, glassware and other bar items.  
• Cleaning & Maintenance-Keeping the bar area clean and organized, including washing glassware, cleaning counters, and mopping floors.
• Garnish preparation-preparing garnishes (fruit, herbs, etc) for drinks.
• Delivering drinks, preparing ingredients, and clearing tables.
• Assist with opening and closing duties-setting up the bar for service, and breaking down the bar at the end of shift.
• Inventory management-Assisting with inventory checks and reordering.
• Provide excellent customer service, greeting guests, and answering simple questions. 
• Communicating and relaying information between the kitchen and the bar or security or other staff members as necessary.
• Other job duties may be assigned as necessary.

What We’re Looking For:

• Physical stamina-The role requires a lot of standing and walking.
• Knowledge of the hospitality industry a plus.
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
• High degree of professionalism with excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact with guests.  
• Ability to react with appropriate levels of urgency and situations and events that require quick response or turnaround time.
• Ability to work under pressure.
