Looking to get your foot in the door in the hospitality industry? We are hiring a Restaurant Utility team member to help keep our kitchen and dining areas running smoothly and looking their best.

This behind-the-scenes role is essential to ensuring a clean, safe, and efficient environment for both guests and staff. If you’re hardworking, dependable, and take pride in a job well done, we want to meet you!

What You’ll Do:

• Cleaning/Moping all dining room and kitchen floors.
• Washing dishes, sorting and storing clean items.
• Ensuring equipment is clean, operating properly, and reporting any issues.
• May assist with basic food preparation as necessary.
• Keeping serving stations, refrigerators, and other storage areas stocked with necessary supplies.
• Removing trash and garbage containers.
• Following sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and healthy environment.
• Cleaning and restocking restrooms.
• Assisting with bussing of tables as necessary.
• Additional tasks may be assigned.

What We’re Looking For:

• Ability to keep the work area clean and organized.
• Ability to work as a team or independently, in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to identify and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
• Physical stamina-The role requires a lot of standing and walking.
• Prior kitchen experience a plus.
• Ability to react with appropriate levels of urgency and situations and events that require quick response or turnaround time.
• Ability to work under pressure.
