Join our team at our beautiful hotel, where service meets modern hospitality. We're seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Accounting Manager to oversee our financial operations and ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

About the Role:
As the Accounting Manager, you’ll be the key point person for all things finance—overseeing daily accounting activities, ensuring accuracy in payments and invoices, managing guest billing, and contributing to budgeting and forecasting. You’ll work closely with the Regional General Manager to maintain financial integrity while supporting the success of this new hotel.

💡 What You’ll Do:

• Managing and processing invoices and payments to ensure accurate and timely payments, while maintaining compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Verifying invoice accuracy, matching those with purchase orders, reconciling vendor statements, and ensuring prompt payments.
• Managing all financial transactions related to revenue collection from guests, groups and clients. 
• Creating invoices, receiving payments, resolving inquiries, and managing outstanding balances. 

🧩 What We’re Looking For:

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices related to accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Proficiency with accounting software systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work as a team or independently, in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to identify and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
• Ability to react with appropriate levels of urgency and situations and events that require quick response or turnaround time.
• Ability to work under pressure.
